Planning & Coordination
We have Planning & Coordination Packages that work for different budgets and visions.
When selecting which service is best for you, we consult with you to understand how we can provide as much help or as little help as you need.
We take our experience and help you by taking a lot of the seemingly endless decisions, and making them for you ahead of time, then letting you personalize the template of our vision:
The "Perfect Match" is our PARTIAL PLANNING and "Endless Love" is our FULL PLANNING package. Both cover a large portion of the planning by saving you hours looking for different vendors and creative partners, and using our in house services.
We provide the service of making hundreds of choices and ensuring that the hard work of picking things that will work together seamless and stress free is done for you.
Personalized Timeline Templates, Memorable Moments, and Party Poppers, are Mike Bell's approved and recommended details from design, budget, cultural or etiquette questions, or anything wedding related.

Photography
Photojournalistic or Documentary Style
4 Hours - $2500
This option is great for partial day coverage, and as an example could cover getting ready + ceremony, or the entire 4 hour reception, but not both. For coverage of both you'll need at least 6 hours.
6 hours
$3500
Most couples choose this service to cover the ceremony & most of the reception. With the MBW Planning Timeline we can ensure coverage through speeches and formal dances. We then edit the photos and deliver them to you on a USB drive (pictured above).
Editorial, Storyteller, or Lifestyle-
All Day Service $6,500
This offers you coverage with two photographers through the entire day, making sure all of the details for both of the couple get captured.
From getting ready shots, any special cultural or the ceremony, reception, and even events such as the Grand Exit at the very end of the night.
Usually between 1,500-2,000 images are taken per photograher and edited down to a masterpiece rendition of the best 200-400 photos edited into a story telling the details of your day.
DJ & MC
DIY DJ - $1500
Do you have your own vision for the music? Check out the MBW DIY DJ! Use our ipad preloaded with the top weddings and party hits playlists and easy to use DJ software, or plug in your own device and use your playlist! We bring the sound system and dance floor lights! You bring the fun!
Reception DJ & MC
$2500
Our basic reception service starts with a basic sound system and a basic pack of dance floor lights. 2 speakers, and a professional looking setup. Great for weddings adn corporate events.

If you are really looking for a fun packed dance floor, a great way to make sure that happens is with a great sound and lighting system. Making sure your guests can feel the music and the lighting sets the right mood and vibe can help make sure your guests feel great when great music is played.
ALL DAY Ceremony-Reception
DJ & MC
with upgraded sound & lights
$6,500
If you need all day service, with speakers, and music for the ceremony, microphones for the officiant, an audio feed for your videographer, and your songs played right on cue, this package is for you.
We will continue the service through cocktail hour, providing up to as many as 3 separate audio systems for different spaces depending on your venue.
Uplighting is standard, and the DJ booth will look great!
Vendors &
Creative Partners
While Mike has the major bases covered for you, you will need some extras to really pull the event together. After deciding which planning base option is right for you, the next part of a Mike Bell Wedding is the Vendors (rentals, hair & makeup, transportation, photographer, caterer, etc.)
We do stock some rentals and decor, pipe & drape, specialty linens, and other exclusive items. #somethingborrowed
MBW PARTY POPPERS
Once the essential decisions have been determined, we get to add the icing to really make your wedding luxurious and as unique as you are. Those extra details are what we call MBW PARTY POPPERS!
The MBW Party Poppers! inspiration page is just the piece de la resistance, helping us finalize the finishing touches.
Ideas range from Silent Disco, appearances from Celebrity entertainers, extraordinary grand entrances such as arriving by helicopter, reception art sculptures and more. This list is only available to clients.
MBW SIGNATURE MEMORABLE MOMENTS
In 20 years of performing weddings for couples and their guests from around the world, I've learned everyone takes something unique away from the event experience that they will hold dear to them forever.
Traditions have become what they are for a reason, and each has its own purpose.
Integrate classic wedding traditions or start new ones! We further customize the wedding day experience, using our MEMORABLE MOMENTS inspiration worksheet.
Examples of MEMORABLE MOMENTS would be The First Look, Speeches and toasts, The Father & Daughter Dance, etc.
This gives the event timeline substance and depth without growing your budget.

Find out if your date is available.

Go over packaging, and pricing with Mike on the phone.

We send you an agreement over email.

Once signed and returned, we will send you an invoice for the deposit.

Once the deposit is paid your date is officially reserved and we will send you a music selection worksheet, and if applicable, set up your online portal, and give you access to our exclusive planning templates and timelines.

Your interim or final payments will be due depending on what services you have chosen, but you can expect that most balances will need to be paid in full 30 days before the wedding, with a few exceptions letting you pay in the final week before.
